Twelve cartons of masks purchased internationally were shipped back to Hangzhou for “protection” as far as possible

1.On 13th February,the First People's Hospital of Yuhang district has received 23000 pieces masks which came from Bangladesh.These masks were donated by the founder of "BESTSUPPLIERS" Mr Lockman who was in Switzerland at that time.After learning the domestic outbreak of coronavirus,he assembled domestic management team remotely,purchased by local employees of our Bangladesh subsidiary corporation from pharmacy and sent back to China for supporting the donation.

 

2.On 2nd February,in view of the shortage of domestic medical supplies,the management of the FOREIGN TRADE GROUP company started to deploy the donation in wechat group immediately and contacted the relevant overseas leaders to learn more about the current mask situation firstly.

 

3.After several searches,Mr Babul,the leader of the FOREIGN TRADE in Bangladesh company,came with a good news.There are three local drugstores with sufficiant masks which can provide at least 37000 pieces medical surgical masks.However,the procurement proccess was full of twists and turns.''Affected by India's Non-export of medical supplies policy.We could not meet the number of masks we had negotiated before when we purchased next day officially.In the end,we only purchased 23000 pieces masks and donated all to Hangzhou"said by YaoHuifang,the manager of the International logistics department of FOREIGN TRADE GROUP company.

 

4.In order to ship back the donated masks to China quickly,the FOREIGN TRADE GROUP company have simplified the donation procedures specially.However,in the early morning of 5th February,we known that Bangladesh and neighboring countries have begun to restrict the export of medical supplies.Cainiao logistics confirmed the Bangladesh could not arrange for the shippment due to mask restrictions.YaoHuifang said despite the difficulities we faced in logistics,the domestic working  team still worked together with Bangladesh working team by closely connection and coordinated to solve the shippment problems.Finally,our effforts paid off.On 6th February,we found that an International courier can arrange for the first delivery to Hongkong and then tansit to Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport by the friend in Hongkong On 10th February.The SinotraNs agency arranged custom clearance on 12th February.The First People's Hospital of Yuhang district received the donated supplies sequentially.She was so happy when YaoHuifang talked about the successful delivery.

 

5.Next,we hope for an orderly resumption of work which under the leadership of government and continue doing well Foreign Trade export.We will take advantage of our multiple overseas offices to help manufacturing industry to solve the capacity problemsand contribute to our country's economic recovery.Lockman said.
